P/T Community Fundraising Co-ordinator

Salary: £4,680 per annum for 10 hours per week. Home based.

Employment Status: 12 month fixed term contract

This new post will be key in implementing Branch Fundraising efforts throughout the Harrogate and District area. The post holder will be involved in initiating, organising and attending fundraising events; recruiting, managing and working alongside volunteers at events and developing relationships with donors and staff.

Proven experience of fundraising and successful event management are essential. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required, and you will need to be computer literate, highly motivated and have experience of budget management.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. Hours will need to be flexible and will require some evening and weekend work.

This position is to be piloted for 12 months. The post is therefore initially for a 12 month fixed term contract, continuation will be subject to the success of the pilot.
